About the retreat & Stefania

Hi! I’m Stefania, proud owner & yoga teacher at House of Hot Yoga, home to an amazing yoga community in London. Born & raised in the most beautiful country, Greece. I moved to the UK at the age of 18 but my heart will always belong to Greece. The sea, colours, food, history & culture of Greece take my breath away every single time I am back home. There is no better person to take you on a yoga retreat to Greece! I am so excited to share the gift of yoga with you while also helping you explore one of the most exciting countries in the world. We will stay at an amazing villa by the beach with our own private chef, we will practice yoga daily, we will go sightseeing in central Athens, we will swim in the majestic Aegean sea, we will explore Greek cuisine and so much more.

Where is it?

Athens Riviera, less than 1 hour from downtown Athens, the cradle of civilisation. Most people don’t know that Athens boasts an incredible coastline. We can’t wait to show you!

What is included?

• 6 nights accommodation in a gorgeous villa overlooking the Athens Riviera.
• Breakfast and dinner daily.
  All breakfasts onsite will be made by our own chef.
  4 dinners onsite by our own chef.
  2 dinners in Athens. We will go to the good restaurants, where the locals go!
• Daily yoga classes & workshops taught by Stefania and other great teachers.
  Our yoga classes will be practiced at the Villa outdoors overlooking the sea and two yoga classes will be held in Athens’ only hot yoga studio. We will also attend a class taught by Niko Geo, the owner of Hot Yoga Athens!
• 2 round trip transfers to Athens.

6.30 pm – Classic Hot Yoga Class

Monday
9.30 am – Classic hot yoga class
10.30 am – Breakfast
12 pm – Beach time/Pool time
6 pm – Bikram workshop or Intermediate
7.30 pm – Dinner onsite
9 pm – Sound bath by the pool

Tuesday
10 am – Breakfast
11 am – Departure to Athens. Trip to Parthenon + Odeon of Herodes Atticus (ancient theatre), Acropolis museum, Plaka + Monastiraki (Athens’ ancient agora).
The tickets to go up to the Parthenon and ancient theatre are 20 euros each. Tickets to enter the Acropolis museum are 15 euros each.
5 pm – Classic hot yoga in hot yoga Athens studio
7.30 pm – Dinner at beachside tavern

Wednesday
9 am – Classic hot yoga
10.30 am – Breakfast
12 pm – SURPRISE ACTIVITY
6 pm – Yoga class with guest teacher!
8 pm – Dinner onsite

Thursday
9.30 am – Classic hot yoga
10.30 am – Breakfast
Free time
5 pm – Hot yoga at Hot Yoga Athens – Hot jivamukti taught by studio owner Niko
7 pm – Lykavitos (Athens most famous & breathtaking mountaintop)
8 pm – Dinner at restaurant in Athens with view of the Parthenon

Friday
9 am – Classic hot yoga class
10.30 am – Breakfast
12 pm – Beach time or optional excursion to the temple of Poseidon
5 pm – Intermediate class or Workshop
7.30 pm – Dinner on-site
10.30 pm – Optional drinks & dancing in Vouliagmeni

Saturday
8 am – Classic hot yoga class
9.30 am – Breakfast
11 am – Check out and farewell

Private room with shared bathroom – £1,999 per person

Cancellation Policy

Payments fully refundable if cancelled by 1st February, 2024. If cancelled after the 1st of February, 2024 payments are non refundable.
All payments are non transferable.
