If you’re new to hot yoga, we recommend starting with Original 26 & 2 Hot Yoga. A structured, beginner-friendly class that helps you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Classic 26 & 2 Hot Yoga
Best for beginners
The original Bikram class. A set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed to work the entire body.
- Suitable for all levels (including complete beginners)
- Helps build strength, flexibility, and focus
- Consistent structure so you can track your progress
Practised in a heated room (around 40°C and 40% humidity) to help you move safely and deeply into each posture.

Hot Vinyasa Flow
Best for movement & energy
A dynamic, flowing class linking breath with movement.
- More fast-paced than 26 & 2
- Builds strength, flexibility, and coordination
- Different every class
Practised in a slightly lower heat (around 37°C and 37% humidity).

Hot Dharma Yoga
Best for flexibility & depth
A well rounded class combining movement, breathwork, and deep stretches.
- Mix of flowing sequences and held postures
- Includes deep hip and back openers.
- Suitable for all levels
Practised in a slightly lower heat (around 37°C and 37% humidity).

Hot Rocket Yoga
Best for a challenge
A strong, fast paced class inspired by Ashtanga yoga.
- Includes arm balances, inversions, and deeper stretches
- Challenging but adaptable to your level
- Great for building strength and confidence
Practised in a slightly lower heat (around 37°C and 37% humidity).

Warm Yin Yoga
Best for slowing down
A slower, more meditative class focusing on deep stretches and relaxation.
- Poses held for longer periods
- Targets joints and connective tissue
- Complements more dynamic classes
Practised in a slightly lower heat (around 35°C).

Jivamukti Yoga
Best for mind + body connection
A dynamic class combining movement, breath, music, and meditation.
- Builds strength and flexibility
- Includes spiritual and meditative elements
- Works the whole body
