Our team is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, inclusive and respectful community at House of Hot Yoga, and an essential element of this is the mutual respect that our members show to one another. We’d like to take this opportunity to remind all members of our studio etiquette.

Studio Policy

  • Please take off your shoes when you arrive and store them in the cubby holes at reception.
  • Please arrive early for class. Arriving when class has started is not on time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
  • We love that you love our changing rooms and studio. Please note that the studio and changing rooms close 35 minutes once class has ended. This is plenty of time for you to practice a long savasana, take a shower and get changed. Even if there is someone at the front desk we kindly ask that you adhere to this as we have to get the changing rooms and the studio ready for the next classes.
  • If you are feeling unwell please do not come to class. Everyone’s wellbeing is important.
  • Please be kind and respectful to our teachers and staff. They are here to help you achieve the best possible yoga experience!

Phones and Photography

  • Cell phones are strictly prohibited inside the hot yoga studio.
  • Please be mindful of the privacy of other members and do not take any photos or videos in the changing rooms.
  • Please do not speak on your cell phone in the changing rooms or reception area. Our goal is for everyone to unplug & relax. Loud phone calls are disturbing to others when they have come to unwind at a yoga studio.

Inside the Yoga Studio

  • Please do not bring your bags into the hot yoga studio. These are best left in the lockers.
  • Please do not talk during class or during the final Savasana.
  • Yoga is a group activity. Please be mindful of those around you during class.

Thank you for your continued contribution to providing a respectful and inclusive community for all our members. Should you have any questions about our studio rules, please don’t hesitate to speak to our front desk team who are happy to help.
