Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. You can book via our website or app.

What if I’m late to class?

Please arrive at least 10 – 15 minutes before your class starts.

Late entry may not be permitted once the class has begun, as this can be disruptive and affect the studio environment. Your place may also be released if the class is full.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the start time.

What time does the studio open?

The studio opens 30 minutes before class and closes 30 minutes after class ends.

Can I use my phone in the studio?

Please keep phones outside the practice room or switched off to maintain a calm, distraction free environment.

Can I leave the room during class?

You’re encouraged to stay in the room for the full class, but you’re free to step out if needed. Just re-enter quietly when you’re ready.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, lockers are available and operate with a £1 coin, which you get back when you unlock it after your class.

Do you have a water fountain?

We don’t have a water fountain, so please bring water with you. Drinks are also available to purchase at the studio.

Can I bring a bicycle inside the studio?

We’re not able to allow bicycles inside the studio.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move freely in. Most people wear shorts, leggings, sports bras or t-shirts, as classes can get very warm.

Should I eat before class?

Avoid eating directly before class. We recommend having something light at least 2 hours beforehand and staying well hydrated throughout the day.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Only certain monthly memberships can be paused or cancelled in line with our terms. Please contact us for details.

Do you offer concessions?

Yes, we offer discounts for students, NHS, and more. These must be purchased at the studio.

A few simple guidelines to help everyone have a great experience:
