Meet Your Lead Teacher: Sorcha Finch

Sorcha is a senior Vinyasa Flow teacher at House of Hot Yoga with over 10 years of teaching experience. Highly skilled in Hand Balances, she holds advanced training in Rocket Vinyasa and Dharma Yoga, and a 500-hour certification from Dharma Yoga New York.

Her yoga journey began with Hot Yoga and Bikram, then deepened in Mysore, India training with Saraswathi Jois at KPJAYI. Since then, she has trained extensively, including Advanced Rocket with David Kyle in Barcelona, and has immersed herself in the discipline of Dharma Yoga since 2015.

Sorcha’s teaching blends strong alignment, breath-led movement, and a passion for sharing yoga’s transformative and inclusive nature.

Terms and Conditions

Practice Experience Requirement

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of consistent yoga practice before commencing training. A pre-assessment questionnaire is required to determine readiness.

Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £799 is required at booking to secure a place. Full payment is due by February 1, 2026. Placement is subject to the school’s review of your questionnaire results, and we reserve the right to decline placement if it does not meet our criteria. The school reserves the right to refuse places if pre-assessment payment deadlines are not met.

Course Fees

Included: Training and assessment by a qualified Yoga Alliance Professionals SYT, full course manual, and unlimited studio membership during training. Not included: Reading list books, travel, accommodation, or food. Insurance is not automatically provided.

Refund Policy

Deposit of £799 due upon booking. Early bird discount of 10% if total fee (£3499) is paid in full at booking. Full refund only if a serious health condition (with doctor’s letter) or bereavement occurs before training starts. No refunds once training begins.

Attendance & Completion

Students must attend at least 90% of training hours. Regular personal practice is required, including 2 daily yoga classes during training days.

Extensions & Re-sits

No charge for re-sitting assignments. Extensions allowed for unforeseen circumstances with evidence.
